    SHIPPING

    • Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. I aim to have orders out as soon as possible, but during busy times fulfillment may take 1-2 weeks.
    • Due to ongoing issues with shipping speeds, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. All orders come with tracking and you will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
    • If this item is under pre-order status, indicated by the green-ribbon in the main shop front or in the item title, it will not ship immediately. Shipping date will be 1 or more months out from time of order.

    RETURN POLICY

    • Returns are only accepted within one week of product arrival and will be handled on a case by case basis. Please e-mail me at contact@Katy-L-Wood.com if you would like to inquire about a return.
    • If the product is damaged during shipping you must contact the shipper to report the damage and make a claim.
